Q: What is your target market and is it your intention to provide support for individuals / home users?

A: Our target market is businesses and corporate companies.  We do not intend to support home users directly.

Q: Is it possible for customers to log a support call directly via the web site?

A: Yes, but only by using the email link on the "Contact Us" page which is not exclusively dedicated to support calls.  We intent to add a support page to our web site at a future date.
